The VetRescue program rehomes kittens through a number of Vet based adoption Centre's. Vets who join the CatRescue program are given priority support through our network of carers and volunteers as well as regular kittens for rehoming.

Kittens that are older than 6 weeks and fit for rehome are saved by CatRescue staff, checked out through a "fast friendly kitten carer" then delivered to the VetRescue rehoming centre. From there the Vet will display them in a CatRescue enclosure and offer the ability to rehome to customers and visitors.

Vets are experts in rehoming and can provide valuable advice to help new parents with care for a cat. VetRescue relies heavily on the support of our volunteers and vets as it generates no revenue for CatRescue. We simply keep a steady stream of healthy kittens in your rehoming centre ready for rehome.
