Missing Cats & Kittens

If you have found a stray cat (or dog) please click on the link below to visit Pet Search’s data base of missing pets to see if they have been listed. If they are not lisited please read through our resource section for advice on what to do next. If you are missing your own cat please read our section on finding lost pets.

If you find an animal who has been killed by a car, please show respect and move them off the road. If you have time, knock on a few doors to see if they know where the animal lived.

If you find an animal who is injured always take them to a vet, and if it is late at night, there are always 24hr emergency vets available. If you need help locating one drive to a police station and ask for advice, they will always be happy to help. You will not be asked to pay any costs, and in most instances all you will need to do is leave the details of where you found the animal to assist in locating their family.

Stray animals are not just ’someone elses problem’ – everyone is capable of making a difference and preventing their suffering.
