Foster Carer Contract
All new foster carers are required to complete a Foster Carer Contract before they are able to volunteer. The contract outlines details of our program, such as the maximum number of animals a carer can be responsible for at any one time, standards of care, and the importance of keeping in touch with CatRescue while they are looking after an animal. Anyone wishing to become a foster carer needs to agree to the terms of the program specified in the contract.
The contract also ensures that you fully understand the level of support that CatRescue offer’s it’s carers, and that you will never be stranded with an animal, expected to pay for veterinary care or asked to do anything outside of your comfort zone.
If you are interested in becoming a CatRescue foster carer please click on the below link then download the pdf form, fill it in and send it back to us either via email info@catrescue.com.au or post PO Box 211, Gladesville 2111. Equally if you have any questions, simply email us at the above address.
Unfortunately at this stage CatRescue is mainly operating in NSW so we are unable to accept applications from people living interstate. We are however hoping to increase our work in Victoria, and will update this site when our rescue program is ready.
